Haus masonry blocks

One of the advantages, distinguishing
Haus blocks from others – a full bottom. Having turned over the block, the constructioning becomes easier, the connecting compound is saved. The wall remains hollow and there are closed spaces, that remain in the blocks not filled in with concrete that does not allow air to circulate freely inside and improves a thermal protection.
It is easy to manipulate with blocks – there are special patented holes for fingers in the blocks.
The mix used in a laying – a usual compound of cement and sand (1:5).
Thus, the small quantity of a compound is used and the air spaces are formed, that destroy bridges of penetration of a cold in horizontal seams.
One pallet sized 1,05 х 1,05m contains the special set of the blocks.
It can simply be laid into the masonry, or selected by function:
- for columns, poles, wall corners - K1, K2 (corner blocks);
- for door and window apertures and edges of walls – P, K1, K2.
- - - - the strip for block division is specified
There is no need for any sawing instruments for blocks – they are divided with a usual hammer on a special line.
That is how you get any part for laying 100, 200, 250, 300, 400 or 500 mm length.
Modern production technology provides accurate – highest available error category D4.
Special channels in corner blocks allows to strengthen the corners of the building with reinforcement or install an engineering channel if necessary.
Blocks
Haus have very even and the same time rough surface, it provides especially strong coupling of a laying with plaster imposing a thin plaster coat.
One running metre of the wall which have been laid out from
Haus blocks, maintains loading in 120-160 tons.
Haus concrete blocks conform LST EN 771-3:2003+A1:2005 standard.

HAUS SM6 "Mega" – is the same block, like HAUS S6, but its height in laying is 250 mm. Using these blocks, laying is faster. Combining rows with 20 cm (HAUS S6) and 25 cm (HAUS SM6) blocks, you get a 5 cm move in walls height.
