 Application:
- overlappings of many-storeyed apartment houses;
- overlappings of industrial buildings; - overlappings of low residential buildings; - reconstruction of overlappings in old buildings. Modular ferro-concrete interfloor overlappings in a complete kind represent a design from the easy reinforced beams, hollow concrete blocks
 Haus and a covering from concrete. For the reason that such overlappings are assembled with
Haus blocks they are much lighter than traditional floors. The basis of the given solution is spread out in a certain order ferro-concrete beams, space between is filled with hollow blocks. All together is filled in with the top concrete layer, becoming simultaneously the floor. Such overlappings are light and strong.Modular ferro-concrete overlappings can be used in few or many-storeyed residential buildings, also in any other buildings.
Modular ferro-concrete overlappings are mounted manually, without using the heavy building equipment, since weight of beams and blocks is small.
Beams for overlappings are made from the spatial reinforced steel sceletons, bottom part of which is mounted in a strip 40x120 mm from concrete of a minimum class C20/25.
Fire resistance of modular ferro-concrete overlappings is equal to REI 120.
Modular ferro-concrete overlappings have very high temperature constancy without a final layer, a thermal protection (warmth resistance) is 0,37-0,39 m2K/W.
Fire resistance, sound insulation, thermal protection of overlappings can be raised furnish of their bottom surface by additional materials (gypsum cardboard, cement-sawdust plates, special false ceilings, etc.).
Modular ferro-concrete overlappings are the best, and sometimes and the right decision is unique at reconstruction of buildings since such overlapping can be mounted at presence from above other overlappings (between floors) or roofs.
Strength, durability and reliability of such floors confirms their use in the majority of the European countries for more than 50 years.
Thanks to simplicity of such overlapping, it is not necessary to puzzle more for the decision of difficult building problems.
Modular ferro-concrete overlappings are made now and in Lithuania. At use of a new generation blocks HAUS H4, modular ferro-concrete overlappings become even more cheaper. Especial advantages of modular overlappings:
- it is mounted without crane;
- much more cheaply than monolithic overlappings;
- lighter than traditional plates for overlapping;
- the best warmth and sound insulation;
- possible length from 1,8 m to 8,6 m.
